Google will be on to your attempts to manipulate search results very quickly, and the consequences can be severe, including being banned.
Using the terms “Minimal Text” and “SEO” in the same sentence is an oxymoron.
Google is a TEXT-based search engine. The more text on the page, the more it will find to index. By the way, visitors want to find text also. You need to present text to draw the visitor in, capture their attention, and convince them to stay on your site. A largely empty page which you describe as “minimalist” won’t do that for either visitors or Google.
